What is the Exchange Policy?

We adopt a 3-day Exchange policy, and all eligible products can be returned for a store credit, which will be valid for 6 months. You can use it for another product from store.

*Note: Please ensure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Shipping charges are not refundable.

*Note: Exchange requests will be entertained only once per order.

*Note: Exchange request is not valid on orders processed through store credits.

Step 2: Opening Video(Compulsory) and Other Related Images & Reason for Refund and Exchange.

Step 3: Make sure to write in the relevant details like Order Number and Reason For Return.

Step 4: In the event that you wish to return a product, we charge a Reverse Shipment fee of ₹150/Piece will be charged.

Step 5: We receive product then after 48 hour we provide coupon code to you.

How long will it take to process a Exchange?

8 to 12 working days after receiving the product.
